1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and fbvip.cam ("fbvip", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the fbvip online gaming platform, including any related websites, mobile applications, services, and content (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the fbvip Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines. 2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

• Be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law
• Not be legally prohibited from gambling under any applicable laws or regulations

• Be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party

2.2 Account Registration

When registering for an fbvip account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current
• Submit valid government-issued identification and supporting documents when requested for verification purposes
• Register only one (1) account per person, household, IP address, or device
• Not allow any other person to access or use your account under any circumstances

2.3 Account Verification

fbvip reserves the right to verify your identity, age, and other registration details at any time through Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. You must provide requested documentation within seven (7) business days of our request. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, or account closure. Verification documents may include but are not limited to valid Philippine government-issued ID, proof of address, and payment method verification.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any other security credentials. You must immediately notify fbvip of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. fbvip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3.2 Account Usage

You agree that:

• Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other person
• All transactions conducted through your account are deemed to be authorized by you
• You will not use automated systems, bots, or third-party software to access or interact with the fbvip Service
• You will not attempt to manipulate, hack, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• All gaming activity must be for personal entertainment purposes only, not for professional or commercial gain

3.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions
• Engaging in collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity
• Using the Service for money laundering or other illegal activities
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the fbvip platform
• Engaging in abusive or harassing behavior toward other users or fbvip staff
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any fbvip software or systems

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Terms

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your fbvip account must:

• Be made using payment methods registered in your own name
• Originate from legitimate sources and not involve proceeds of crime
• Meet minimum deposit amounts as specified on the fbvip website
• Be processed through our approved payment providers including GCash, PayMaya, and authorized Philippine banks

fbvip reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity or money laundering. Deposits may be subject to processing fees charged by third-party payment providers.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified through KYC procedures before withdrawal processing
• Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in your name and previously used for deposits
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as specified on the fbvip website
• Withdrawals may take up to five (5) business days to process, though most are completed within 24 hours
• You may be required to wager deposited amounts at least once (1x) before withdrawal to comply with anti-money laundering regulations
• Bonus funds must meet specific wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable

4.3 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements specified in the respective promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, standard wagering requirements apply before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. fbvip reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if wagering requirements are not met or if bonus abuse is detected.

4.4 Fees and Charges

fbvip does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own fees. Currency conversion fees may apply if your payment method uses a different currency than Philippine Pesos (PHP). fbvip reserves the right to charge administrative fees for excessive withdrawal requests or for processing manual bank wire transfers.

5. Gaming Rules and Fair Play

5.1 Game Outcomes

All games offered on the fbvip platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been tested and approved by independent gaming laboratories. Game outcomes are determined randomly and fairly, and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Historical results do not influence future outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game information section.

5.2 Technical Issues

In the event of system malfunction, technical failure, or communication error:

• All affected bets and games may be voided at fbvip's discretion
• fbvip will make reasonable efforts to restore Service and notify affected users
• Stakes will be refunded to players' accounts for voided games
• fbvip liability is limited to the refund of stakes placed on affected games

5.3 Bet Acceptance

fbvip reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at any time without providing a reason. Bets are not considered valid until confirmed by our system and a unique transaction ID is generated. If a bet is erroneously accepted at incorrect odds or with incorrect terms, fbvip reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake.

5.4 Game Results and Disputes

All game results are final once the game round is completed and the outcome is displayed. If you believe an error has occurred, you must notify fbvip customer support within forty-eight (48) hours of the game round completion. fbvip will investigate the matter and its decision shall be final and binding. Server records maintained by fbvip shall be the ultimate authority in determining game outcomes and player account transactions.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, promotions, and special offers provided by fbvip are subject to specific terms and conditions which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. General conditions include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be abused or exploited
• Only one bonus may be active per player account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified promotional period
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified timeframe or the bonus will expire
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with bonus funds

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Any player found abusing bonuses will have their account closed, bonuses voided, and winnings confiscated.

6.3 VIP and Loyalty Programs

Participation in fbvip VIP and loyalty programs is by invitation only and subject to separate terms and conditions. fbvip reserves the right to modify VIP benefits, remove players from the VIP program, or discontinue the program entirely at any time without prior notice.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Self-Exclusion and Limits

fbvip is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help you maintain control including:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Loss limits to cap potential losses
• Session time reminders and reality checks
• Self-exclusion for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure

These tools can be accessed through your account settings. Self-exclusion requests are effective immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account or participate in any gaming activities on fbvip.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content from the fbvip platform
• Use fbvip trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission
• Create derivative works based on fbvip content or software
• Reverse engineer or decompile any fbvip software or systems

9. Privacy and Data Protection

By using the fbvip Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, fbvip and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your fbvip account in the three (3) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

fbvip is not responsible for:

• Losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security
• Losses incurred from third-party payment provider delays or failures
• Any losses or damages arising from your violation of these Terms

11. Account Closure and Termination

11.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your fbvip account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance subject to verification requirements and wagering conditions. fbvip is not obligated to maintain closed accounts or restore access to closed accounts.

11.2 Termination by fbvip

fbvip reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
• Your account has been inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months
• We decide to discontinue providing Service to you for any reason

Upon account termination, all bonuses and promotional funds will be forfeited. Remaining deposited funds will be returned to you subject to verification and any applicable fees. fbvip reserves the right to withhold funds if we suspect illegal activity or pending investigations.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Customer Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute, you must first contact fbvip customer support through the channels provided on our website. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your complaint within fourteen (14) business days. You must provide all relevant information and documentation to support your claim.

12.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines. By using fbvip, you consent to the personal jurisdiction of Philippine courts.

13. General Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and fbvip regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

13.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13.3 Waiver

No waiver by fbvip of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by fbvip to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

13.4 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without fbvip's prior written consent. fbvip may freely assign or transfer these Terms and your account to any affiliate, subsidiary, or successor entity without notice or consent.

13.5 Language

These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
